Shipping, Returns & Warranties

Shipping

• Free shipping is available on most orders of $99 or more within the contiguous United States. Studio chairs and other oversized items are excluded; shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Whenever possible, we ship orders the same day. Most orders ship within 24–48 hours.
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. If you’re working against a recording deadline, please contact us and we’ll help find the best available option.
• If an item is backordered, Nashville Recording Supply will contact you with an estimated ship date.

Returns

We understand that plans can change on a dime in the thick of a recording session. All unused and unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping to Nashville Recording Supply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited automatically to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@nashvillerecordingsupply.com, and we’ll work out the arrangements.
